I have been with Alstate for over 30 years and I been communicating with you about lowering my premium rate. When Arlene Merritt was my agent, she always look out for her customer.

AVOID THIS INSURANCE PLACE !!! I have my insurance with them and my agent Jennifer mora avoid getting your insurance with her, I got into a car accident and when we set the insurance over a year ago she never added the things we actually needed,...

An agent was immediately assigned to help me with the information I was requesting. Helping me through the process I finished the new policy contract for my car and renter insurance.
