Mike Fearns has been working in the residential real estate field for over 10 years. Prior to associating with Power Real Estate Group, Mike worked as a financial analyst and subsequently as an Investment Coordinator for TriPacific Capital Advisors, an institutional advisory firm specializing in residential investment, development and management. During his tenure at TriPacific, Mike was part of a team responsible for investing in nearly 100 residential projects nationwide, representing over 20,000 new homes and lots with a value of more than $5 billion. His experience at TriPacific provided him with comprehensive training in the underwriting and valuing of residential properties, along with all aspects of buying, selling, renting or investing in homes. Mike takes great pleasure in leveraging the skills he learned working with large public building companies, which he now utilizes on behalf of his individual clients. An Orange County native, Mike was introduced to real estate at a very young age when his father, a real estate developer and contractor, would take him to his various home construction projects and teach him the fundamentals of new home development, construction and sales. Mike received his Bachelor's degree from Chapman University, and his MBA in Finance (summa cum laude) from the University of Redlands.
