Can I Help You? My clients will tell you I can. They'll tell you that they couldn't imagine buying or selling without my help. Simply put, I go beyond what is expected. Does that mean I can help you - surprisingly, MY answer is I don't know. Without knowing about your hopes for a home and the expectations you have for your Realtor how can I honestly answer that question. If I can't help I am well connected in the Realtor community and can guide you to someone who can. I have an extensive resume of successes, awards, and designations but my experience tells me that these won't matter at all if we don't feel that there's personal fit between us. As a real estate veteran I realize that choosing an agent to represent you in the marketing and sale of your home can seem like a daunting task. All realtors will claim to do a good job for you...after all who ever heard of a realtor saying "don't pick me...I don't know what I'm doing"? The truth is it takes more than a sign in the yard and crossing your fingers to get a home sold in today's market.Hall of Fame Quarterback, Roger Staubach said "There are no traffic jams along the extra mile". My clients will say that I have been their "extra mile" realtor and have done the extra things to get your home sold while making the process as stress free as possible. Not being one to depend on just the traditional methods of selling real estate I incorporate all mediums into the marketing plan for your home. My belief is that tried and true does work, but it needs to be mixed with the current trends in technology. That is why my "extra mile" service puts your home in front of more peopleperiod. On a personal note...I attended Penn Manor High School and graduated with Leadership Honors from Lancaster Bible College. The next year I married my college sweetheart and settled in Manor Township. Now, 25 years later, I still live in Manor Township and serve the community as a Judge of Elections and council member of Boy Scout Troop 30. I have serve the realtor community on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster County Association of Realtors. My family and I are active, camping several times throughout the year. We enjoy games, musicals, and entertaining in our home. As a family we also serve one night a month at Faith Friendship Villa, a mental healthcare ministry. I also enjoy running competing in local and regional races. Lately my running has taken and "extreme" turn with two Tough Mudder's, twoRagnar Relay and two Marine Corp Run Amuck challenges under my belt.
