Michael Tacconi has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 1995. As your local Realtor/Lender, he brings the knowledge and tenacity on each transaction to ensure that each of his clients are handled with the most Professional Conduct and Integrity. Michael is past president of the Castro Valley/Eden Area Chamber of Commerce. He is very active with the local community and can be found at the Food Trucks on Tuesday evenings or the monthly chamber mixers. Michael also is on the Board of Directors for the Hayward Area Recreation & Park District Foundation. He is the Golf Tournament Chair. Michael is also part of the Central County Marketing Group for Bay East Association of Realtors. This group meets every Wednesday at 8:30am to discuss new listing and the housing market for the local area. Michael is the Past President of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB), East Bay Chapter. As a member of the CAMB, he has traveled to Washington, DC and Sacramento, CA to discuss consumer protection issues with our legislatures. He is very active in the community to ensure that mortgage brokers work within the laws and that the laws are enforced. Michael is a resident of Danville and a Lifetime Bay Area Resident who enjoys attending Raiders, A's and Warrior games. As a father, Michael can be found on a soccer field with his children Jason, Alec, Ryan and Alyssa, as a player or a coach.
