Got into real estate by accident in 1972 after I was a member of the first graduating class of Huxley College (Environmental Studies) ever. My first white collar job was at the Title Company where I learned the real estate language. I got into sales and was first licensed in 1974. I passed the Broker's exam and opened my own office in 1977. I was the first Environmental Consultant Clallam County ever had and sold solar energy packages in the '70s. I became a General Contractor and kept that license for about 25 years, so I am also a builder. I sold and built log home kits and in the '90s built the first SIPS home in Port Angeles. I've also done commercial projects. I am veryknowledgeablein Real Estate law and related issues and currently have several groundbreaking cases at higher levels going on. In 1964 I worked for Supreme Court Chief Justice Wm O. Douglas and I marched with MLK and Cesar Chavez during that decade. I am an in-holder in Olympic National Park and still love wilderness.
