Prior to my career with Edward Jones, I spent almost 25 years as an owner/operator of Superior Care Home, Paducah's only locally owned and operated long-term care and rehabilitation center. It was founded by my grandmother in 1972. Over two decades as a small business owner afforded me real world and rich life experiences that prepared me in a variety of meaningful ways for a successful and fulfilling career with Edward Jones. I always found great personal value and satisfaction in offering guidance and assisting residents and their families at Superior Care Home, often during emotional and stressful times in their lives. That same compelling opportunity is something I have carried forward in my practice as a financial advisor. Many people feel hesitant or anxious to seek advice when it comes to their finances. I want my clients to view our work together as a true partnership.I received my B.S. from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, and a master's degree from the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA. A fun fact is that I have two brothers who are also successful financial advisors with Edward Jones.I have been blessed with a wonderful family. My wife, Darla, was my high school sweetheart and we have been married for 31 years. We have two sons, Davis and Hale. Davis played baseball at Western Kentucky University where he completed his MBA and now works as a financial analyst for Humana in Louisville, KY.
