For nearly 40 years, her family owned and operated one of the largest Luxury Real Estate offices in the North and Northwest suburbs of Chicago. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire where she earned a BS in management and marketing, Michelle went on to receive her MBA from the University of Michigan and next pursued her Master's in Labor and Industrial Relations at Michigan State. Michelle spent the next 30-plus years as an international Human Resources Executive for companies including Textron, Honeywell, Amazon and Swiss Bank traveling extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and North and South America. * Michelle supported relocations of businesses and families locally, nationally and internationally; * She led strategy and negotiations for international labor and business contracts; * She is a business-leader - experienced in finance, communications and helping people grow; * She is a pro at planning, logistics and simply getting things done; * Michelle is GE Certified in Lean and Six Sigma disciplines. After too many years on too many airplanes, Michelle decided it was time to apply her formidable skills to a new career path in the Scottsdale/Phoenix metro area. Real estate was the natural for her. She advanced her real estate license in 2021 to "Broker" status expanding her knowledgebase and, ultimately, getting better results for her clients. Michelle and her husband Shane have lived in Scottsdale since 2006. A serious gourmet cook and a fitness fanatic too. She was so passionate about her volunteer work at Scottsdale's Foothills Animal Rescue that she adopted 3 abandoned canines and today with Curly, Giada and Vetta as great models, Michelle helps friends socialize and train their pets, Michelle serves on the board of the National Lagotto Romagnolo Dog Rescue. Michelle is an avid golfer with an impressive 7-handicap. For over 10 years, Michelle volunteered at Arizona Golf Associations and was the Vice President of the Board. Michelle is active in the DC Ranch Community Association as a Neighborhood Advocate, the Women's Council of the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy and Michelle volunteers in the children's ministry at Illuminate Community Church in Scottsdale.
