Originally hailing from Boston, Central Florida has been my home the last 35 years. Last year my beautiful and patient wife and I competed a total renovation on our new home in Winter Park that we share with our two fur children. (Marley and Emily) After buying our new house we still had a house to sell and a house to renovate. The experience of having multiple mortgage payments, contracting invoices due, permitting issues, and living with my in-laws for a few months gave me a great refresher course in empathy. I believe sometimes agents forget the stress that accompanies both sides of a real estate transaction whether it be the Buyer or Seller. Patience, empathy, experience, a level head and a sense of humor are all qualities I bring to my clients. I do not hard sell people, it's just not me.
