I am a CPA who entered the Real Estate industry in 1970 as a residential developer and homebuilder. Since that time I have accumulated a significant amount of experience in the residential real estate arena having developed communities for first time buyers, luxury move up buyers and over 55/senior communities. In 2001, when I finished my career in building, I began representing both sellers in buyers as a broker associate here in South Florida in all areas of residential needs.
