Meet MICHAEL GRACIA: I have been investing in real estate for the past 19 years and have been licensed for 13 years. I own & manage several rental properties and truly eat, breathe and sleep real estate. I have stayed at the forefront of real estate education to provide the best knowledgeable experience to my clients. I have become a real estate expert obtaining the prestigious GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation which only 5% of Realtors in the country hold, as well as many other professional designations including CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), PMC (Property Management Certified) and specialized real estate contract training by Gov Hutchinson (the California Association of Realtors Attorney and Senior Legal Counsel Staff Vice President). I also co-wrote real estate compliance for the 5th. largest independent real estate company in the U.S. I have managed several real estate companies & am called on and have trained hundreds of both new and seasoned agents, attorneys & brokers on contracts as well as mentoring them in real estate transactions. I also serve as a mediator & have mediated numerous real estate cases which include realtors, brokers, buyers & sellers as part of my real estate practice. I am passionate about educating and empowering my clients and the public having held local real estate seminars for many buyers and sellers. I currently serve as the Head Mediator for the Inland Valley Association of Realtors where I facilitate the rehearing of an agreement, mutually satisfactory to all parties as well as serve on the Grievance Committee, where I do a paper review of disciplinary complaints to assure they're properly framed as well as review ethics complaints. I am very active in my community and have volunteered my time to a local police dept. as well as charitable and other community outreach events which help needy families in our community.
