Michael Walsh is a long time San Diego resident. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego in 2000. Thereafter, Michael worked for both Morgan Stanley and Atlas Securities as a registered representative with the NASD. After 9/11 and the financial collapse, Michael recognized an opportunity in the resurging housing and construction markets. He decided to open a construction company specializing in manufactured housing and become a modular home dealer as well. Becoming a REALTOR was a natural progression. Now, Michael is able to offer his expertise in the worlds of real estate, finance, construction and modular housing to the public. In his off time, Michael enjoys sailing and time spent at the beach with his favorite animal, his dog Ciris.
