    The most horrible customer service ever. They don't return phone calls. We have been or I should say had been a customer for over 20 years. Run in the opposite direction.

    Zero Stars!!
    I had an Auto policy with this agent and every 6 months the rate increased, and it's very hard to do any changes, the office don't pick up calls and customer service says contact the agent. Finally got frustrated and switched.
