Michael Strittmatter

Michael Strittmatter specializes in landlord leasing throughout the metroPhoenixarea with a focus on representing Class A building owners and developers. Michael and his team have completed numerous build-to-suit transactions and have extensive experience leasing large, ground-up developments. Michael's attention to detail, financial analysis and understanding of market trends have enabled him to help create value for numerous local and institutional clients. In 2016, Michael was named NAIOP's Arizona Emerging Broker of the Year.Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Michael spent ten years at CBRE where he was a Senior Vice President, and prior to entering commercial real estate, worked two years as a legislative assistant and correspondent to a U.S. Congressman on Capitol Hill. He was also a four-year basketball player at Princeton University.
