While originally from Chicago, I have lived in California since my family moved to Sacramento over twenty years ago. In 2010, I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and began my career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a designation I earned in 2014. Working for several firms between 2009 and 2017, I began my career in public accounting. In 2017, I transitioned from public accounting to working in corporate finance. After spending over 10 years in the field of accounting, I came to Edward Jones in 2020 and joined Jerry Newman in his office in Granite Bay. I currently hold the CFP® certification, as well as the AAMS™ and CRPC™ designations.As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, and a CFP® professional with a background as a CPA, I am uniquely qualified to handle and help simplify complex financial situations. I am joined in my office by Kayla Sorrels and Jannette Busby, two experienced branch office administrators. In my personal life, my wife, Megan, and I enjoy spending time with our 6-year-old daughter, Peyton, exploring a new park or taking a walk with our Goldendoodle.
