My practice is limited to the field of Criminal Law/DUI law. It is all that I do. I've been practicing in the field of criminal law/DUI law for 15 years as both a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. I've successfully handled all areas of criminal law ranging from minor traffic violations all the way up to capital murder/death penatly cases. I'm passionate about The Constitution and refuse to believe that any constitutional violation is a mere "technicality." Our system is dependent upon being fair and therefore any and all citizens accused of a crime simply MUST be represented by competent defense counsel in order for our system to work.
