From the beginning Michael kept me posted on the process of my loan.
This is a very stressful time and Michael helped to ease the stress and made the experience much more pleasant.
Mike was very thorough and an expert in his field. Mike was always very kind and responsive.
The communication declined in the later half of the process calls and text went in answered. When trying to get clarification on request emails and text we very general and mot helpful. I think more verbal communication was needed and more...
