Meredith is a MAPS trained coach and consultant, helping real estate professionals, both in production and on the operations side, build a business of their making and lead a life by design. Her approach is not specific to real estate, and can be applied to any small business from marketing to other sales businesses. She has nearly two decades experience in project management, strategic planning, and budget analysis, and has worked in real estate as an agent and director of operations since 2012.
