Melissa was incredibly responsive and kept the process moving. Even when a hiccup occurred that was outside her control, she was a strong advocate for us and made sure the problem was resolved.

Everyone at ruoff isnt just extremely helpful, but also very kind hearted welcoming people especially melissa.

I was so unaware of everything in the loan process. I bombarded Melissa with questions and every single time she gave me perfect answers and scenarios to to help me understand. So happy with my first home!!

Everything was done very well.

My loan officer was very down to earth! She was the biggest help and supported me entirely through the process and is very thorough!
