Melissa M. Fairbrother is Senior Counsel in the San Francisco office of GRSM and a member of the Commercial Litigation, Tort & Product Liability, and Class Action practice groups. Melissa has extensive experience in representing manufacturers and distributors of medical devices and pharmaceuticals including, but not limited to, products such as breast implants, orthopedic implants, vaccines, diet drugs, and various over-the-counter drugs. Although Melissa has a specialized expertise in medical device and pharmaceutical law, her litigation experience has also involved a variety of other matters including commercial litigation, professional liability, intellectual property and antitrust work. Melissa has arbitration, mediation and trial experience throughout California and has had extensive involvement in both coordinated and consolidated mass tort actions.
