Melissa Cadoree is a graduate of Virginia Tech and received her law degree from Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law. Melissa has over a decade of construction and housing related legal experience and served in numerous executive leadership roles at the Chicago Housing Authority. She is a licensed Attorney and Realtor(r) in Florida and Illinois. Melissa is also a real estate investor in Florida and Illinois. Melissa has a passion for serving her community. As an executive at the Chicago Housing Authority, she raised money for local charities by taking part in various 5K and 10K runs. Melissa has also actively taken part in gathering school supplies for K-12 children, provided free tax preparation services, and hosted economic development seminars as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Melissa and her husband, Gerald, formed The Cadoree Group (www.thecadoreegroup.com) to translate their Marketing expertise, Negotiation skills, and Business savvy into lucrative investments, higher sale prices, and dream-fulfilling homes for their clients. They offer a suite of services, including foreclosure listing and management, leasing, property management, and investment analysis.
