MELAT KIROS focuses her practice on representing financial institutions and individuals in connection with investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other federal and state regulators. She also counsels firms on compliance with various regulator obligations. Melat received her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Washington College.
