WE ARE A FAMILY BUSINESS McGuire Capital Group Realty is owned by siblings Shea, Tom, and Mark McGuire. Separately, each sibling found their path to real estate and joined their father Paul McGuire in the business. Paul started his local brokerage in 1976 and sold his company, McGuire-Solomon Real Estate, to Coldwell Banker in 1998. Paul thought he was retiring and fading into the sunset, but no. In 2002, Shea decided to give real estate a try. She did so well, that in 2004 Tom jumped in too and they started McGuire Real Estate Investment. Paul kept trying to get out, but his kids and real estate kept reeling him in! Then, after a brief stint in the Caribbean, Mark followed suite in 2008 and McGuire Capital Group Realty was born. Parents, Debby and Paul McGuire, founded or contributed to local organizations like VPEF, Opportunity House, Children's Network, LINK-CREW, Rotary, Wellness in Schools, Christmas Wish, Challenge Days, GOTCHA, YTOT, Chamber of Commerce, Notre Dame Elementary School, and various development projects throughout Vacaville. Today, Shea is an active member of Rotary, has organized and contributed to fundraising events for Opportunity House, she uses her experiences living abroad through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps to help a local Liberian Refugee Family for 20+members, a member of PEP school Ministry Team, and is passionate about offering diverse opportunities in education. Shea is currently working on bringing a private Waldorf K-8 School to Vacaville. Thinking outside the box, Tom has creatively re-branded a private money source (now called McGuire Capital Group) to help local investors finance properties that may not fit a conventional market. Not only is this help fueling our local small businesses, but MCG Capital also donates to many local organizations like Police Activities League, Wounded Warriors, Coats for Kids. Mark is involved in YPN, which is a local group that raises money for local causes like CASA and Heart 2 Heart, which provide support to foster children.We are more than Realtors.
