Max Armand

Discovering a passion for real estate while studying at the University of California, San Diego, Max Armand became one of the youngest real estate brokers in California in 2012 at age 23. In 2016, just two years after launching his own firm, he sold over 100 units, earning him the San Diego Association of Realtors(r) Platinum Level Excellence Award, a top honor rarely procured by such a new agent. A top producer since 2012, Max's success lies in his data-driven, client-centered approach to real estate. Leveraging advanced data analysis to target the best properties, negotiate competitively, and optimize sales for clients ranging from young professionals to retirees, he has become the go-to broker associate for a dedicated base of repeat clients, among them investors and hedge funds. Beginning his career during the economic downturn had a profound effect on Max. He started out working with preeminent investment groups in Southern California, identifying, evaluating, and purchasing properties in Los Angeles and San Diego. By underwriting the purchase and renovation of over 700 homes, he witnessed early on the potential that smart real estate decisions have to transform lives and energize communities. As a result, he guides all of his clients through the process of buying or selling with patience, reverence, and well-rounded expertise. Known for the elevated service he offers clients at all price points, Max loves to share his hyperlocal knowledge of Los Angeles' hidden gems. By orchestrating several designer flips per year, he has also developed relationships with a wide range of exceptional contractors who can facilitate investment-maximizing renovations for his clients. A Los Angeles native, Max currently resides in Inglewood's Morningside Park and owns and manages a four-unit building in nearby Leimert Park. He volunteers with and contributes a percentage of his commissions to the Inglewood Baseball Fund. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing in national baseball tournaments and cheering on our Los Angeles sports teams, as well as traveling and golfing across the country with his wife.
