My professional designations, earned over the span of 20 plus years in the real estate industry, include REALTOR(r), Certified New Home Specialist(tm) (CNHS(tm)), Residential Construction Certified(tm), New Home Co-Broker (NHCB), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource(SFR(r)), with also holding a Broker's license in the State of California. My style is pressure free, and yet, I will not hesitate to advocate and assert myself on behalf of my clients. I strive to be on the cutting edge in today's online environment, while never compromising my old school pound the pavement work ethic. I consider integrity, professionalism, constant communication and service to be the cornerstones of my business, and subscribe to a Golden Rule philosophy in everything I do. And while I consider serving my community as a real estate professional a privilege and a passion, my other passions include my beautiful family, my faith, uplifting audio books, exercise that includes cycling, swimming, running, weight training, plus all types of music to name a few. I was born in Merida Yucatan, Mexico and have proudly been a California resident since I was four years old.
