Mauricio Cruz

Mauricio Cruz grew up in the city of Anaheim. He has been financing since 1998 for lending institutions like Home Savings of America, and Washington Mutual which is currently Chase Bank. He has seen the development in all of Orange County as well as neighboring counties. Knowledge of the area and experience in the home buying/selling process are some of the many qualities that he brings to his clients. Mauricio Cruz attended both Cypress College and Fullerton College, while pursuing a career in Professional Sports (soccer). He obtained discipline, organizational, and communication skills during this time. These skills are helpful in business for all parties involved to accomplish each and everyone's goal. Mauricio Cruz obtained his real estate license in the year 2000 and began his career in real estate in 2004. Since then he has learned the importance of buying and selling a house, as for some families it is a once in a lifetime experience. Mauricio Cruz is currently living with his family in Orange County. He enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. In addition, he loves traveling abroad and takes advantage of the Southern California weather, as well as everything it has to offer.
