Matthew Harrington is the Broker, Owner and President of HW Real Estate, Inc. His Real Estate career started 19 years ago as a Sales Associate with a large local Firm. Just three years after finding much success as a Sales Associate, Matt decided to obtain his Broker's license. At just age 25, this made him one of the youngest Broker's in the state of Florida. Matt has worked tirelessly continuing his education to better serve his Clients. Matt is rated in the top 1% of educated Realtors in the United States, holding such designations as CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), RDCPro (REO Default Certified Professional) and 1031 Exchange. Matt has been awarded Realtor of the Year, Top Producing Realtor of the Year and the Diamond Elite Award for superior customer service. Matt is a dedicated member of the Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors. He has also served on the Board of Directors in St. Lucie and was the Vice Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee. In 2009, Matt opened HW Real Estate Inc., a full service Real Estate Firm serving the Treasure Coast of Florida.
