Matthew R. Price

I am a California native, having been raised in Anaheim California. I attended the University of Arizona from 2003-2007 where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics. I attended Chapman University School of Law from 2007-2010 on an academic scholarship. I graduated Cum Laude with emphasis certificates in both Trial Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolute. While in law school, I clerked for various law firms including a two-year stint at a state-wide firm with 5 offices and 90+ attorneys which focused largely on civil defense work. Once licensed as an attorney, I then practiced civil defense full time from 2010 through 2013.In 2013 I shifted my practice focus to civil plaintiff work where for the last 13 years, my work has largely revolved around assisting those who have been injured by and through the negligence of another. In the last 13 years, I have prosecuted cases against Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and the largest insurance companies in the country. I have tried cases to verdict in state and federal court throughout the state of California and am a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates--a distinction that is reserved for the top trial lawyers in the nation.Our firm Duque & Price has been a presence in the Southern California community for years, garnering name recognition with both defense attorneys and insurance companies alike.
