As Executive Vice President of Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions, Matt specializes in tenant representation including financial and market analysis and long-term strategic planning. He has a particular expertise in addressing the real estate needs of associations, nonprofit organizations, law firms and other professional services companies. Prior to joining Transwestern, Matt was the co-head of West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors' Law Firm Practice Group and has worked extensively in the downtown and suburban Washington, DC office market.
