My road to Edward Jones began early in life. Originally born in upstate New York, my family moved to Australia where we lived for three years before eventually landing in Sonoma County. My travels as a kid taught me the value of a dollar in multiple currencies and it didn't take long for me to develop an appreciation for finance. However, it was my time at UC Davis where I studied economics which ultimately led to my fascination of the markets and different strategies for wealth creation and protection. My passion for education is a central part of my work with my clients; I make it my priority to ensure that clients remain informed not only about their own portfolio but also about broader market and economic trends.As an objective financial advisor, my ultimate task is to help ensure the things most important to my clients happen with confidence. I partner with CPAs, attorneys and other professionals to determine the most appropriate financial strategy. Specifically, a principal part of my practice includes working with business owners to optimize their financial strategies, employer sponsored accounts and succession plans.In addition to serving as a financial advisor, I am active in our community as a member of the Santa Rosa Chamber and of the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council. I feel responsible to contribute to the growth and development of this community that I've been lucky to call home. Outside of the office, I love to spend time traveling, playing tennis and scuba diving. My wife, Katrina, and I live in Santa Rosa with our son, Donovan, and our Dalmatian, Harvey. We enjoy all activities that get us outside.What is most important to you? This simple question serves as the starting point in our work together.
