Delayed closing twice was very frustrating for a military seller. We should have known more than the day before that disclosures were not signed and the appraisal signing missed after that too was hard to make excuses for.

Think Matt lives on his phone. Almost immediate responses after I would text him. Communication is everything for me.

Matt was very helpful and understanding!
