I wasnt a fan of how he spoke about the people on his team, he used the word "dufus" to describe someone . I feel like when things werent going smoothly he was very quick to blame others instead of just apologizing and coming to a solution....

Delayed closing twice was very frustrating for a military seller. We should have known more than the day before that disclosures were not signed and the appraisal signing missed after that too was hard to make excuses for.
