I have over 8 years of professional work experience in managing suppliers (negotiating terms conditions for contracts ranging from $1-100M, drawing up legal contracts, saving Millions of dollars, and facilitating healthy supplier relationships). In the last two years I have created a business called Scottsman Properties, LLC. In addition, I am a licensed realtor in the state of Iowa under the broker IAHomesRealty. Scottsman Properties is a rental business serving clients around the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area with premium 2-4 bedroom houses and duplexes. In the past two years, I have closed on over $1M in investment properties (short sales, for sale by owner, and regular sales). Of the over $1M in investment properties, I have been able to gain 10-20% discount off of the appraised value.
