He and his team are currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of many Class A office properties located throughout metro Atlanta: The team has successfully filled a wide variety of office assets on behalf of their owner clients, including urban high-rise towers, suburban mid-rise buildings, low-rise business parks, and mixed-use developments. They pride themselves on going deep into relationships with clients and tenants to successfully meet each parties' goals. During the course of his career, Matt has represented landlord clients such as Sumitomo Corporation, Barings, The Ardent Companies, Heitman, Hudson Advisors, Lonestar Funds, Piedmont, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Stockbridge, Parmenter Realty Partners, Invesco, Behringer Harvard, B.F.
