Maryellen has worked in the real estate field since 1985 and is an active member of the North Shore Association of Realtors, Mass. Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She has received her GRI designation, thereby placing her in the top 10% of all Realtors nationwide. Maryellen has earned a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation for working with 55+ clients. She has also attained the Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) designation. Additionally, Maryellen is a certified relocation specialist, certified with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and RealEstate.com. Maryellen works with J Barrett Company. She regularly attends continuing education seminars and on-going training. Maryellen comes from a family of seven and has lived on the North Shore her entire life. She has a large sphere of influence. She lives in Beverly with her best friend and husband Joe. Her two very special daughters, Heather and Nicole live nearby. Her pride and joy is Luke, her number one grandchild, who calls her Yai Yai and is by her side as often as possible. Now Luke shares Yia Yia with her two cousins Abigail and Emily! She enjoys gardening, walking, boating, traveling, family gatherings, and the beach. Maryellen is the Co-Chair of Colie's Cure Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis raising awareness funds for a cure annually. She donates regularly to HAWC, Bootstraps, North Shore Veterans and supports youth sports.
