I began my real estate career in 2001 shortly after moving to Central Florida. I went to work for a high volume real estate company that specialized in listings and was personally trained by the two owners/brokers, one of whom was also a certified appraiser. The combination of the comprehensive training I received along with the high volume of listings I was servicing allowed me to learn more in my first two years in the business than some agents do in a lifetime real estate career and for that I am very grateful. After two and a half years I had the opportunity to move into a Real Estate Sales Manager position. With a degree in Business Administration and Management, 10 years of management experience and a love of real estate this was an ideal position for me! Not only was I able to train and develop a team of agents but I was also able to continue servicing my own clients and working with them to achieve their real estate goals. A WIN for everyone! Fast forward to 2014 and I accepted the exciting role of Orlando Team Manager for Redfin! Once again I was able to help clients achieve their real estate dreams while also developing a team of agents. In 2017 I moved into the Market Manager position for Redfin's Orlando, Daytona and Jacksonville markets. Through its unique combination of technology and customer service, Redfin is changing the real estate industry, one satisfied customer at a time.
