Mary Kate Cochrane Brandon is Tennessee State Counsel of First American Title Insurance Company. Prior to joining First American Title, Mary Kate gained valuable experience in private practice and as an attorney for a title agency where she reviewed contracts and title searches, prepared legal documents and conducted closings. Mary Kate regularly provides training to real estate agents and title insurance agents. Mary Kate graduated from of the University of Alabama, received her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2000, is licensed in Tennessee and holds a special license in Alabama.
