The Harkwell Prosser agency began in 1963 with my father Richard Harkwell at the Lake Street Sears Sales Booth, under the escalator, I remember it well. I joined the Allstate claims department in 1984 where I met my husband, Steve. I continued to work in claims until 1989 when I joined sales management. In 1994 Dick retired and I joined the agency. He remained in the agency for several more years and taught me the importance of quality customer service. He believed in treating his customers like family, I strive to continue that tradition today with my team. My son Sam Prosser recently joined the agency and brings a third generation to our legacy. Our team has changed through the years, but our focus and commitment remain to offer a full line of insurance products from auto and homeowners. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
