I became self employed as a licensed Florida Realtor in 2001 after 19 years teaching school. I've been a multi-million dollar seller and top sales agent in the area ever since! My success as a Realtor relies on repeat business and referrals. My customers come first. I go the extra mile for all of them no matter how small or large the transaction. I am open and honest as well as determined to make the deal work! I pretty much work 24/7 to get the job done! I grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania with seven brothers and sisters and graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in education in 1982. I moved to Mexico Beach in 1985 seeking sun, sand and surf. I've been living in paradise ever since and I can't imagine living anywhere else. I taught elementary school in Port St. Joe and Panama City until 2001 when I decided a career change would be ever so beneficial for everybody!! (If you are or have been or know a teacher you understand!) I live at the beach and work at the beach....can life really be any better?? I live in St. Joe Beach where the beaches are dog friendly. I walk my pups on the beach almost every single day. (But I ALWAYS clean up after them!!!) It truly is our happy place. I also play play pickleball in whatever free time I can find!!! If you don't know what pickleball is...google it...it is SUCH FUN! I love my job and could not live in a more beautiful place. Real estate has allowed me to meet and become great friends with people from all over the world. I truly am blessed more than I deserve and give all honor and glory to HIM!
