Joan's interest in real estate began years ago when she began investing in land and rental property in the Pocono Mountains near her native New Jersey. On a trip to purchase property for retirement in South Carolina, Joan was offered the opportunity to work for the developer of a new community in Bluffton, just outside of Hilton Head Island. She jumped at that opportunity and has been passionate about all things Real Estate ever since.
