When we're helping you buy a home, don't we all send you listings, make appointments, let you in a house, and hopefully at some point, write a contract? If we're selling your house, don't we all put it in the MLS, put a sign out in front and put a lockbox on the door? What makes me different? This year I saved my clients over $41,000 in property taxes. If you buy a house through me in either Lake or McHenry counties, every year I will look at your property tax assessment and, if I think it's too high, will help you appeal it for free. You will always know that you're paying the lowest property taxes you can.
