Martha Pomares is an experienced Realtor, Broker, and Managing Broker with a career spanning 35 years. With a strong focus on education and enhancing the real estate transaction experience, Martha has been a leader in local, state, and national Realtor associations for most of her professional career. As a Broker/Owner and Managing Broker, Martha has successfully implemented strategic recruiting and retention strategies to develop top-performing Realtors and exceed production goals. Her deep involvement in the industry includes serving as Chair and President of the Miami Association of Realtors, a Director of the Florida Association of Realtors, a graduate of the 2013 National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, and the only Hispanic Education Director for the American Real Estate University Martha is a highly accomplished broker with a remarkable collection of nine designations earned throughout her career. She is also proud of her son, Alexander Leon, who has followed in her footsteps, earning a B.A. from the University of Miami and a J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law.
