Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. My name is Marnie Zoa and I am the Principal Broker and Owner of Zoa Realty. I hope that you will feel comfortable working with me and referring my services to a friend or family member. I began selling real estate in 1999 in Austin, Texas. Since relocating to Corvallis in 2001, I have had the opportunity to work in several key aspects of the real estate industry. I began as a broker helping people buy and sell homes, I also worked in Mortgage lending for 4 years and then in Title and Escrow Sales before coming back to real estate sales. This diverse background within the real estate industry gives me a rich tool chest that I enjoy putting to work for my clients. The relationships and skills that I have acquired allow me to provide an extremely high level of service and guidance. In the past 10 years I have sold 204+ homes (*updated 2/22) In addition to my career in real estate, I am a fine arts painter and a community advocate. I enjoy painting vivid pictures of wildlife and pet portraits and helping charitable oraganizations raise funds/exposure. My creativity and passion for the community are tools that I use to assist to my clients. I enjoy helping people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
