While Marneta is licensed and certified in many real estate disciplines, her passion and focus are overseeing the Mortgage brokerage and financing division under (DBA) Leverage L.A. It is here at Leverage L.A. she consistently shines, by keeping her arsenal full with a variety of financing options to meet the needs of her diverse client base. Mz. House is also the program Director for a National HUD approved housing counseling agency where she dedicates time to her local community as a housing advocate committed to leveling the wealth disparity through home ownership.
