Super easy and straightforward process. very satisfied with entire transaction !
The process was very smooth. We do feel like we are paying a little higher interest rate but the fact that we can do a free refinance is definitely nice.

I felt like a loan at a cheaper rate was lost to me even though I had submitted all documentation in a very timely manner.
I also feel that I am not contacted and kept up-to-date on progress.

Mark and Leslie were great! They were easy to contact via phone and email and Mark was even accessible via text. Underwriting was a weak point.
