    Treatment was fine but the billing was a nightmare. I had the same procedure done two years apart. In 2022, insurance covered everything after the copay. The total bill was $560. In 2024, exact same procedure. Kim at Flagstaff foot doctor screwed...

    The doctor and some of the staff are great. The billing department is terrible and very, very rude.

    They are crooks. I paid the amount I was told if insurance didn't cover. Then billed for 5x thst amount all over a 20 min. Visit beware !!!

    I made an appointment here for an ingrown toenail, I showed up and they were friendly and did all the normal paperwork etc, I should have done my research and realized they were not in my network but they also did not say anything about that...
