I grew up in Gainesville, VA and Graduated from Stonewall Jackson in 1982. I didn't socialize much in school as my time was taking being a Volunteer Firefighter since 1980 which continued till around 1993. After high school I worked in construction as well as for a private ambulance service in Washington DC. In 1988, I joined the US Army as a MP. I was stationed in Ft McClellan, AL. Friedburg, Germany. Lackland AFB TX, Panama, and Ft Drum Tx. I served during Desert Storm but because of some advanced training and the Army's great wisdom I was sent to Panama instead of Iraq as they had initially planned for me to go. (Long Story) While in Germany I met my future bride. As faith would have it, when I returned from Panama we met again and were married. That was in 1991. It still seems like we are on our honeymoon today. I left the military is 1992 and went into Private Security until I was hired by the Arlington Virginia Sheriff's Office in 1995. I was offered a position with DCPD but Arlington's academt date was sooner. While a Deputy I obtained my Real Estate Liscence and began practicing part time through Long & Foster Realtors in Fredericksburg, Va. In June 2000, Our Daughter, Chloe, was born and life has never been the same. We never realized how controling a little bundle could be. In 2002 I received a medical layoff from the sheriff's office due to some crazy illnesses I contracted, at which time I started Real Estate full time which was an unknown blessing at the time. I am presently affiliated with Realty World Select in Fredericksburg and Love it there. As for Denise & I, our life revolves around Chloe hench the chloesuniverse@gmail.com address. Chloe is very active in Tae Kwon Do and took her Black Belt Test on May 1, 2009. Seems like Denise & I have no life outside TKD and work. Although the housing market has been slow, I hav been extremely busy. Especially with BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) which I do for various companies to enlighten them on housing prices and trends. I have done hundreds of these especially in the last several months. In my opinion this is a great thing for my clients, since I have an inside prospective at how banks obtain their housing prices. A lot of times my private sellers may not like what I tell them because of the slow market and go elsewhere, but usually what I same is what they end up selling at in the end, but much wasted time later.People have a hard time accepting the truth, and I don't believe in wasting their or my time with untruths.
