As an attorney, Mark has experience in Business Law, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate Law, Investment Law, Estate Planning and Asset Protection. For over 8 years Mark has been a talk show host on various radio stations and a frequent speaker at continuing education and seminar events for attorneys, real estate agents and other professionals.Mark graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California and obtained a certificate in taxation. He served on the Maricopa Bar Association Task Force for Minorities and Women. Mark also sat on the Board of Lamson College and is a former chair of Maricopa Lawyer.Mark served for many years in the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard and achieved the rank of Major. He is very active in his church and community. Mark and his wife Shelly have six children and seven grand children.
