From 1993 to present, I enjoyed several progressive roles within the insurance industry and have worked as a statistical, financial, and compliance analyst, providing business analytics services, finance, underwriting, and claims management for A+ Rated Insurance Carriers. In 2008 I founded Paramount Healthcare Services, LLC, which provides group benefits for small, medium, and large businesses. Further, in 2017 I founded Paramount Business Services, Inc. This entity offers diversified business services to include risk management, sales, operational, marketing, and fundraising for its existing and new clients. My leadership philosophy embodies the Servant Leadership style for my business enterprises.
