Mark was very responsive, very informative on the process, and explained well our options. He found us the right option. We had tried other lenders and were not as satisfied as we were with Mark.

Friendly and prompt reply's to my concerns
Mark was available and personable
He was patient and very responsive to every question I had. I would say he went above and beyond.
This is the second time I've refinanced with Mark and I'll likely do it again someday. He is highly responsive, knows all aspects of the process, and goes above and beyond to support and make you happy. Highly recommend!
