Marjorie Weschler

Hello and welcome to Westchester. Let me show you how Larchmont and the surrounding areas are some of the best places to live in North America. I understand real estate, and know how challenging and emotional buying or selling can be for my clients. My consistent success over 30+ years was derived from my well-honed marketing, communication, and negotiating skills. For buyers, it's what gets them what they want at the best price possible. For sellers, it's my impressive pricing skills that allow me to put just the right price on your home. Nothing is more crucial than pricing, and it's an ability you can't develop overnight; it's something that comes only from experience and extensive market knowledge. Growing up in Larchmont, attending the local schools, and raising and educating my two children in Larchmont make me your local community expert. I've served as the local PTA President, and became the district-wide President of the PTA Council. In fact, I have a wealth of information about our community in general. I continue to learn, always taking continuing education classes to keep up with today's faced paced real estate market.Download the HL Mobile App: Click Here
