Marissa Leon is an associate in the firms San Francisco office and is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice group. She focuses her practice on the representation of foreign and domestic companies and investors across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. She regularly advises private companies on general corporate governance matters and supports companies from formation to commercial contracting.Prior to joining the firm, she served as an associate at an international law firm and a Spanish law firm where she represented various domestic and international clients across industries, including technology, products, digital advertising, industrial goods, banking and aviation with respect to M&A transactions, general corporate matters and corporate finance transactions."
